TI DSP - XDS510 JTAG Emulator
  • Step-by-Step Illustration of EVM2812 & CCS3.1 Setup

    • -   Development Board: TI DSP2812 series (DSK2812-I/DSK2812-II/EVM2812-I/EVM2812-II)

    -   Emulator: XDS510 USB2.0 JTAG Emulator

    -   Development Environment: TI CCS3.1

    -   Installation Path: ":\C\..." (Default Install Directory).


     STEP 1. System Connection




    STEP 2. CCS3.1 Installation

     -   After the installation, two icons "Setup CCSStudio v3.1" and "CCStudio 3.1" as the following pictures will     show on the desktop. Double click "Setup CCSStudio v3.1".



    STEP 3. Choose "F2812 XDS510 Emulator" option from the following picture.










    STEP 4. Follow the instruction from the pictures as below:



























    STEP 5. Successful Connection

    -   Click "Connect"option under the "Debug" menu; Or, choose target connects automatically: Click "Target     connection actions:" under the "Option" menu, choose "Connect to the target when a control window is     open."
